2. Hosting

This website is hosted via GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub Inc. or GitHub B.V. When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser used) in so-called server log files, in order to technically secure and operate the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and functional online presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 3. No Cookies, No Tracking

This website currently does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served locally from our own server, with no external fonts, maps or social media services loaded. Should this change in the future (e.g. through the introduction of web analytics tools), we will update this policy accordingly and, if required, obtain your consent beforehand.

4. Contact Form

When you send us a message via the contact form, a pre-filled email opens in your own email program, which you send directly to info@moveon-logistics.de. The data you enter (name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message) is transmitted via your own email account in this process, not via our web server. The data we receive this way is processed exclusively to handle your inquiry, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).

5. Contact via WhatsApp

You can alternatively send us your inquiry via WhatsApp. WhatsApp then opens with a pre-filled message; the transmission takes place through your own WhatsApp account. The service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.

When using WhatsApp, your phone number, the content of your message and further connection data are transmitted to WhatsApp and the Meta group of companies and may also be processed on servers outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. We have no influence on the nature and extent of this processing. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through your voluntary contact) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / contract performance). 6. Job Applications

When you apply to work with us, we process the data from your application (e.g. name, contact details, application documents) exclusively to carry out the selection process, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with § 26 BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act). In the event of a rejection, we delete your documents after the legally required retention periods have expired.

7. Storage Period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing.
